Kelsea is from Lilburn, GA and began taking piano lessons at the age of 8. She got her BA in Music from Truett-McConnell University, where she began playing piano collaboratively. She quickly discovered that she loves it! After moving down to Statesboro to pursue her Master’s degree at Georgia Southern University, she became involved with Moon River Opera. She has been with MRO from the beginning, and has loved getting to work with so many wonderful artists over the years!
In addition to working with MRO, Kelsea is the pianist at FBC Metter, a member of the collaborative piano team at Georgia Southern, and the Operations Manager at Statesboro Cleaning. She also has several private piano students.
Kelsea is excited about the mission of Moon River Opera and is grateful to be a part of it!
